We currently are accepting applications for
experienced Network Engineers to join our growing team. As a Network
Engineer, you will be responsible for design and implementation and
support of
various client networks. You must have at least 6 years experience
with Network support computer support related to the latest software
version of the Microsoft product line. Must have working knowledge of
Windows server 2003, Microsoft Exchange and configuration of server
based hardware specifications.
Experience with Cisco routers, proven history of network and helpdesk
support are a plus for these positions. These positions require an MCSE
certification. A college degree will be a plus as well.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate with all type of
clients and to be a team member.

Technical Account Sales, Columbus, Ohio

Responsibilities :
· Responsible for the development and execution of prospecting and
account plans which will increase revenue stream through the sale of
additional products and services.
· Must be able to utilize account tactics to bring about the result of
new opportunities and stronger relationships within the account.
· Must be able to continuously qualify and control the sell cycle
including Professional Services and Managed IT Services.
·· Review, assess and develop an actionable needs analysis for account
base
· Manage the on-going need to understand inter-related technologies that
exist in the environment we sell and keep current on new technology and
opportunities as the business and technologies expand
· Maintain and expand the client relationship, insuring that all
assigned accounts have adequate information availability coverage, and
ultimately be responsible for customer satisfaction.
· Arrange and attend client tours as needed.

Qualifications :
· Degree or work equivalent required.
· Min of 2 years of applicable work experience required.
· · Ability to influence customer account expansion and retention with
compelling value propositions over the phone while balancing daily
activity and workflow relative to account coordination.
· Exceptional problem solving and customer service skills are required –
must be problem solution driven and results focused.
· Must possess a technical aptitude that will support expanded service
and product knowledge and ability to present to customers in managed
services, high availability solutions, telecom, consulting and
hardware/software solution products and service.
· Must be able to identify and develop a relationship with key account
contacts.
· Must be able to qualify account activity during the sales sell cycle.
· Ability to influence customer account expansion and retention with
compelling value.
· Must be highly capable of achieving objectives independent of manager.
· Previous expertise in prospecting, account development and sales
qualification highly preferred.
· Ability to review and understand contracts and submit them to
management.
· Previous expertise in negotiation and closing are strongly preferred.
